With a growing list of new TV channels coming to Roku, it might be hard to find a channel you’ve never heard of.
Roku TV owners will soon get their first look at the new channels on the platform, which will also include channels from the likes of Hulu and Netflix.

Roku, the video streaming service, announced the release of its first TV channel on the Roku platform on March 7.
Roku has a new TV channel in the works, according to a press release.
The channel, dubbed “Channel One,” will launch on Roku’s mobile device platform.
Roku has also made some significant strides in the area of television programming, releasing the “Channel Two” and “Channel Three” channels in March 2019 and June 2019 respectively.
Roku is also bringing “Channel Five” to Roku in 2019, as well as a brand new Roku Channel “VIVO.”
Roku is currently the largest player in the Roku TV market, with over 60 channels to choose from, including ABC Family and the Bachelorettes.
Roku also has some notable exclusives on Roku: Disney Channel and AMC have exclusive programming for the Roku-compatible Roku TV; Discovery Channel and HBO are offering exclusive programming to Roku users; Nick Jr. and Nickelodeons has exclusive programming in the form of “Nick Jr.” and “Nickelodeon”; and the History Channel and PBS Kids channels have exclusive content.
Roku also has two channels that will soon debut on Roku TV, but only the channel “Channel Nine.”
The channel “Nine” will be released on Roku in 2020, but Roku is not yet disclosing when or where that channel will be available.
